2 speed push ups Guide


Instructions

  1. Get into a push up position
  2. Perform the eccentric part of the movement slowly, about 4 seconds
  3. Explode up in the concentric part of the movement to the top position
  4. Repeat the slow decent and explosive ascent for desired number of reps
