Arm circles Guide


Instructions

  1. Stand up straight, feet shoulder width apart
  2. Lift your arms straight out to the sides
  3. Rotate your arms forward in small circles for the desired number of reps
  4. Rotate your arms backwards in small circles for the desired number of reps
  5. Rotate your arms forward in large circles for the desired number of reps
  6. Rotate your arms backwards in large circles for the desired number of reps
