Back lever to Front Lever on Rings Guide


Instructions

  1. Kick out into a back lever on the rings. Hold for instructed amount of time.
  2. Pull up into inversion
  3. Slowly lower yourself to front lever, hold for instructed amount of time.

  • Focus on the positioning of your shoulders between back and front levers, maintain tension in your scapular muscles
    • Protracted scapula during back lever and retracted scapula during front lever
