- Kick out into a back lever on the rings. Hold for instructed amount of time.
- Pull up into inversion
- Slowly lower yourself to front lever, hold for instructed amount of time.
- Focus on the positioning of your shoulders between back and front levers, maintain tension in your scapular muscles
- Protracted scapula during back lever and retracted scapula during front lever
