Back Lever tuck hold on rings Guide


  1. Adjust gymnastics rings to about shoulder height
  2. Hang from the rings
  3. Pull yourself into a back lever tuck
  4. Hold the back lever tuck for the required time
  5. Pull back around to the starting position
  6. Dismount rings

Key points

  • Make sure your back is parallel to the ground
  • Pull your shoulders down towards the ground to help lock in the shoulder joint
