Close grip ring rows Guide


  1. Position a gymnastic ring at about waist height
  2. Grab a single ring with both hands, hang from underneath the rings, with your body in line
  3. Pull your chest up to your hands, keeping your elbows in, pointed towards your feet
  4. With control lower back to the starting position
  5. Repeat from step 2 for desired number of reps
