Decline push ups on parallettes Guide


  1. Find a sturdy surface you can rest your feet on, such as a bench or chair
  2. Place the parallettes on the ground in front of the chair
  3. Get into a push up position, placing your feet on the chair
  4. Perform a push up, keeping your body in line throughout the movement
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps

  • Do not dip your hips, keep your body in line or in a hollow position
