Instructions
- Get underneath one dip bar and grasp the bar at about shoulder width apart
- With your arms straight. straighten out your body and tighten your core
- Pull your body up with your arms, attempt to touch your chest to the bar
- It’s okay if your chest does not touch, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
- Lower yourself with control to the start position
- Repeat for required number of reps
