Fingertip wall supported wrist push ups Guide


  1. Stand a couple of feet from a wall
  2. Place the palms of your hands on the wall at about shoulder height, fingers facing upward
  3. Keeping your arms straight, Push away from the wall by straightening your wrists and push onto your fingertips
  4. Lower yourself back onto the palms of your hands
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps

  • Keep your arms straight
  • The steeper your angle the easier the push up will be
  • Start at a steeper angle to get used to the exercise
