Self Myofascial Release (SMR)

SMR is a safe and effective method to loosen any tight muscles, help relieve knots, and decrease muscle soreness. You can perform SMR at home and with a variety of tools, such as a foam roller, or massage ball (like a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or similar).
