The Body Dojo Program


It’s tough to put together your own workout program. Without clear goals and guidance we often find ourselves setting out with no direction or vision on what we really want to achieve.

In addition, you may have seen folks online or out and about performing some amazing feats of strength like handstand push ups, human flags, and muscle ups. It’s easy to get discouraged and feel like calisthenics is too advanced or too hard for you to even start. This is where we are here to help.

Calisthenics doesn’t have to be complicated. We have a starting point for everybody.

Our unique fitness levels provide an intuitive guide for you to level up your strength and abilities. We use the common martial arts belt color ranking system (from White Belt to Black Belt) to help provide a framework for your goals and abilities. Our programs are designed to get you to the next level, no matter where you start.

Overview

Our program focuses on building functional strength, improving mobility, proprioception, balance, and coordination. Rooted in calisthenics, The Body Dojo combines traditional bodyweight strength training exercises, such as push ups and pull ups, to include primal movements, breakdancing, capoiera, yoga, and gymnastics to give you a complete bodyweight strength building fitness program. You can start with The Body Dojo at any starting level of strength. We have 8 comprehensive programs built around our belt level system inspired from traditional martial arts – White through Black belt. From a beginner to elite bodyweight fitness athlete, you will have a workout program designed for you. Each belt level program consists of a series of workout routines, all designed to help you build the necessary strength and skills to qualify for the next belt level. The Body Dojo is progressive in nature, focusing on continual improvement and goal setting. Our programs build strength, skill, and mobility through traditional strength and conditioning strategies, high intensity interval training, and our Flow Fusion system.

Finally, a program that grows with you!

A lot of other workout programs out there are based upon a 30, 60, or even 90 day timeline. After that timeline is up, you are left wondering where to go next. With The Body Dojo, we don’t leave you hanging. You will always have a workout designed to hit your next set of goals, whether it’s to achieve a new skill, maintain your gains, or lose weight.
