The Body Dojo Belt Levels


Overview

The Body Dojo Belt Levels are designed as a guide to structure your workouts, baseline your abilities, and to help you set performance goals in fitness journey. There are 8 Belt Levels, starting from White Belt up to Black Belt. The first 3 levels (White, Yellow and Orange Belt) focus on building a strong foundation in the fundamental body movements. Green and Blue belt build key strengths and introduce the advanced levers. Purple and Brown build a mastery of the levers and extreme strength movements. Black belt is the pinnacle of bodyweight strength. As you move through the levels, you WILL get stronger and you WILL lose weight, but more importantly, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills that you can take with you for life. Try and go as high as you can!
