Bent arm angled handstand on rings Guide


Instructions

  1. At first, practice this exercise with the rings closer to the ground, about 6-8 inches
  2. Similar to bent arm angled handstands on the parallettes, start above the rings and get into a bent arm tuck planche
  3. Extend your legs out and bring your body in a line, maintain tension in your arms to stabilize your balance
Key Points:
  • Practice the movement using a single leg and straddle variations until you are comfortable extending both your legs out straight
