Pull up max rep challenge!

If you ever tried to see how many pull ups you can do, try it with this method to really test your strength and endurance. Using a 4 second cadence on your reps really challenges your anaerobic pathways, typically athletes gas out at about one minute. You can practice extending past this with some recovery techniques I cover in the video below.
