Box jumps

The classic box jump can be performed on a variety of surfaces. Use your creativity and see where you can practice box jumps. Try low ledges, tabletops, park benches, etc. Make sure the surfaces you are jumping on are stable and can support your weight.

Instructions
- Stand in front of the elevated surface you wish to jump on top of
- Using both feet, jump on top of the surface
- Lower yourself one leg at a time, or jump back down. It’s up to you
- Repeat for desired number of reps
