Downward dog to push up Guide
Instructions
- Start from a downward dog position, position your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart
- Simultaneously drop your hips and bend your arms, lowering your body to the ground
- Simultaneously push back up and raise your hips, back into the downward dog position
- Push your chest towards your feet, opening your shoulders
- Repeat for desired number of reps

- Keep your elbows pointed backwards when performing the push up motion
- Focus on opening your shoulders in the downward dog position, pushing your chest towards your feet
