Downward dog to straight arm plank Guide


Instructions

  1. Start from a downward dog position, position your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart
  2. Keeping your arms straight, lower your hips into a plank position
  3. Maintain a hollow position in your core as you hold the plank
  4. Lift your hips up and push your chest towards your feet, back into the downward dog position
  5. Focus on pushing your chest towards your feet, opening your shoulders
  6. Repeat for desired number of reps

  • Keep your elbows pointed backwards when performing the push up motion
  • Focus on opening your shoulders in the downward dog position, pushing your chest towards your feet
