Instructions
- Elevate your feet by placing them on a bench, box, or ring straps
- Place your hands about chest width apart directly underneath your shoulders
- Keeping your upper arms perpendicular to the ground, lower your elbows to the ground with control
- Keeping your elbows pointed backwards, push back up to the starting position. This is 1 rep. Continue from Step 3 for instructed number of reps.
- Focus on engaging your triceps during the pushing movement.
