Instructions

  1. Elevate your feet by placing them on a bench, box, or ring straps
  2. Place your hands about chest width apart directly underneath your shoulders
  3. Keeping your upper arms perpendicular to the ground, lower your elbows to the ground with control
  4. Keeping your elbows pointed backwards, push back up to the starting position. This is 1 rep. Continue from Step 3 for instructed number of reps.
    1. Focus on engaging your triceps during the pushing movement.
