Handstand to tuck handstand Guide


Instructions

  1. Start from a handstand position
  2. Slowly bend your legs bringing your knees towards your front side
  3. Simultaneously lean your shoulders forward of your wrists and lower your legs into a tuck position
  4. Try to hold the tuck handstand for as long as you can, you can also attempt to transition back into straight handstand
Key points
  • Coordinating lowering your legs and moving your shoulders forward are the key points to this movement
  • You will stress your front shoulder muscles and core much more with this pose
  • Practice handstand negatives all the way to the ground to acclimate yourself with the body positioning
