Handstand to tuck handstand Guide
Instructions
- Start from a handstand position
- Slowly bend your legs bringing your knees towards your front side
- Simultaneously lean your shoulders forward of your wrists and lower your legs into a tuck position
- Try to hold the tuck handstand for as long as you can, you can also attempt to transition back into straight handstand

- Coordinating lowering your legs and moving your shoulders forward are the key points to this movement
- You will stress your front shoulder muscles and core much more with this pose
- Practice handstand negatives all the way to the ground to acclimate yourself with the body positioning
