Instructions
- Start from a handstand on parallettes
- While maintaining the handstand, bend your legs, bringing your knees towards your chest
- Move your shoulders forward to maintain your balance
- Lower your upper body into a tuck planche and hold for instructed amount of time
- Bend your arms, effectively transitioning to a bent arm tuck planche
- Simultaneously lift your butt upwards, kick your legs up and push back up into handstand
- This is 1 rep. Repeat from step 1 for additional reps
Key Points:
- The bent arm tuck planche is to help you get back into handstand. The goal is to “pull” back into handstand from a tuck planche, which is very difficult and will take time to master.
