Plank Planche Lean on the ground Guide
Instructions
- Start from a straight arm plank position
- Ensure you keep a hollow body position and shoulders spread apart, engaging the scapula
- Try and point the pits of your elbows as forward as possible
- Keeping your arms straight, lean forward so your shoulders are forward of your wrists. Keep leaning until you cannot lean any further. Push back with your fingertips maintaining your balance.
- Hold this position for time. The stronger you get the more forward you can lean. Aim to get your hands almost below your kidneys.
