Plank Planche Lean on the ground Guide

Instructions

  1. Start from a straight arm plank position
  2. Ensure you keep a hollow body position and shoulders spread apart, engaging the scapula
  3. Try and point the pits of your elbows as forward as possible
  4. Keeping your arms straight, lean forward so your shoulders are forward of your wrists. Keep leaning until you cannot lean any further. Push back with your fingertips maintaining your balance.
  5. Hold this position for time. The stronger you get the more forward you can lean. Aim to get your hands almost below your kidneys.
