Squat sit Guide
Instructions
The squat sit can be performed in a various ways, depending on how much flexibility you have in your knees, Achilles, and groin muscles. Ideally, you want to have your heels planted firmly on the ground, your legs bent at maximal angle, and your upper body comfortably placed between your knees.
When performing the squat sit, start out with your hands on the ground, and lower you body with balancing on the balls of your feet. As you get used to the position, lower your heels to the ground. Lean forward to help maintain balance.
