Straddle Planche Guide
Instructions
In the video I am slightly at an angle, with practice you will be able to lower your planche angle and hold more horizontal to the ground.
- Start from a Tuck Planche position
- Maintaining tension in your arms and back, move your legs out into a straddle
- Depending on your flexibility, the wider your legs the easier the hold
- Focus on keeping tension in your core as you pull your legs out
- You will have to lean forward significantly to maintain your center of balance
- Hold the position for the instructed amount of time
