Instructions
- Start from a support position on the rings
- Move into a bent arm stand position (angled bent arm planche)
- You can get into this position from L sit, or starting from a bent arm tuck planche, or kicking back into the bent arm stand position
- Keeping your body straight, slowly move your body down through your elbows and arms
- At first you can maintain a high angle with your body, with practice you try to keep your body parallel to the ground
- Move your head “forward” to help descending downward while maintaining your center of gravity
- Once your body is below the level of the rings, lower yourself into a supinated back lever, squeezing your biceps as you descend
- Hold the back lever for the instructed amount of time
- Dismount off the rings, this completes the rep/set
