Tuck planche on parallettes Guide
Instructions
- Place parallettes on the ground about shoulder width apart
- Starting from a squat position in front of the parallettes, grasp the parallettes firmly
- Keeping your arms locks, extend your shoulder blades apart and lean forward, keeping your feet on the ground
- Lift your butt to about shoulder level
- Tense up your core and focus on pulling your back away from the ground
- Lift your feet off the ground and into a tuck position
- Hold the position as long as you can and track your time
Key Points
- Maintain tension in your shoulders, spreading them apart
- Lean your shoulders forward of your wrists to help with balance
- Your front deltoids will be under a lot of stress with this exercise, it is normal to feel a healthy burn after performing tuck planche attempts
