Tuck planche on parallettes Guide


Instructions

  1. Place parallettes on the ground about shoulder width apart
  2. Starting from a squat position in front of the parallettes, grasp the parallettes firmly
  3. Keeping your arms locks, extend your shoulder blades apart and lean forward, keeping your feet on the ground
  4. Lift your butt to about shoulder level
  5. Tense up your core and focus on pulling your back away from the ground
  6. Lift your feet off the ground and into a tuck position
  7. Hold the position as long as you can and track your time
Key Points
  • Maintain tension in your shoulders, spreading them apart
  • Lean your shoulders forward of your wrists to help with balance
  • Your front deltoids will be under a lot of stress with this exercise, it is normal to feel a healthy burn after performing tuck planche attempts
