Wall supported handstand shoulder taps Guide


Instructions

You can perform this exercise either back facing wall or facing the wall.

  1. Get into a wall supported handstand position (either back or forward facing)
  2. Lean your bodyweight towards one hand by tilting your legs towards the desired supporting hand
  3. Lift up your free hand quickly tap your supporting hand’s shoulder
  4. Repeat on the other side
