Wall supported planche walk Guide

Instructions
- Using parallettes, start by positioning yourself in a planche position with your feet on a wall
- Make sure your hands are below your kidney area and not directly underneath your shoulders
- Keeping your arms locked and hands in the same position, start “walking” your feet up the wall until your body is in line with your arms
- Walk your feet back down the wall until you are back into the wall supported planche position
- This is 1 rep, repeat from step 2 for additional reps.
Key points:
- Focus on your shoulder positioning during the transition into the planche. Make sure you are leaning forward and protracting your scapular muscles. Your body can be in a slight “hollow body” position as well, this will help ensure core activation.
- You may need grippy shoes against the wall to help hold the wall-planche.
